Ms. Dewey now owned by Microsoft?

Anyone else notice that Ms. Dewey now has? legal notices? for Microsoft as well as a logo powered by “Live Search”?

its been that way all along?

It was ‘owned’ by Microsoft from the start. The whole site was built to be an advertisement for Microsoft’s live search.

It does say copyroght 2006 Microsoft… one could assume that the site belongs to MS :)

Was there anything previously indicating it didn’t belong to MS? I dont recall.

yeah I think I remember that when I first heard about it a few months back that it was from the labs at Microsoft. The official LiveSearch logos and legal stuff is new though, but I’m pretty sure it was Microsofts creation from the start.

I remember trying to find who the site belonged to, and it never had the Microsoft information. Pretty interesting… I don’t see much benefit to Microsoft to own the site. It’s a cool site, but it gets old and annoying after awhile.
